The Home Business Academy exists because after 10 years of building 'residual income' in various different types of Companies, we (Mike & Paul, the founders) noticed a strange pattern recurring. Again and again and again, we'd build up successful businesses and be enjoying the fruits of our labors, when something outside of our control would come in to hurt that income and/or the people we were serving. Companies would quit on us, change the compensation plan, or begin to act and treat people in ways that were out of alignment with our values. In June of 2016, we'd decided we'd had enough and it was either time to leave the home business profession altogether OR try to build something that could be the change we wished to see in the home business world. We decided to do the crazy thing and start The Home Business Academy, so we and the people we wanted to serve could have something to believe in and count on, long term. We exist to Inspire and Empower Freedom Through Principle Centered Leadership™ by being the change we wish to see in the Home Business World
