All clients must speak to a provider through two-way audiovisual communication (video call). Apex Meds integrated with Doxy, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth delivery service. Apex Meds works with a variety of licensed pharmacies in the United States. We always suggest choosing a LegitScript or NABP certified facility to ensure the highest standards and full compliance with state lows. Clients con view their prescriptions inside of their patient portal account. If you are having trouble accessing your patient portal account or cannot see your prescription, please contact the care coordination team. Apex Meds is open to everyone regardless of gender. To use Apex Meds you must be: 18 years old or older. A resident or physically in one of the states that we provide services to. A demonstrated medical need for treatment. For some conditions (such as Hormone Therapy) this means recent lab results (if you need diagnostic lab work done, we can help).
